To cancel your order, please email [email protected] with your order reference number. Our team will process cancellations and issue refunds within six business days. Do note, if the order is already shipped or packed, cancellation is not possible.
For cancellations due to change of mind, a fee applies to cover transaction costs. The PayPal basic fee is non-refundable. Ensure you include your order reference number in the cancellation request for a quicker resolution.

Reshipping Fee: The fee for reshipping will be the original shipping cost plus an additional $3 USD. This extra charge covers the return shipping fee levied by Korea Post on our shop.
